HW tradition – Dux /Tech design – Modern technology.
From the fusion of the Astrobase experience and the history of Subbuteo, the DUXTechs, bases for playing Old style at any level.
The DUX PROFILE: in the 70s and the 80s, it was common for the Italian players to visit the Parodi Company to choose the bases for their teams. Bases of different colors were loose in big cartons, and at a certain time they realized that the bases didn’t have the same shape one another.
In those years the molds were not precise as nowadays ones, and so different bases were recognized.
It was clear that certain bases, with a more rounded underneath plate, were reducing friction on the pitch, running faster, longer, without falling so easily.
The base, turned upside down, funnily looked like the helmet of the Duce Mussolini (lol). Because of this, the particular shape of this base was called DUX.
The name DUX recalls these HW bases even today.

Available in all the classic colors, individually or in the convenient SET of 12, they have the metal weight already glued inside.
Made with an important Factory modification, the extrusion point moved inside the base to avoid presence of chips on the external profile.
